Supported Mobile Phones

To determine if your child’s mobile phone can be supported by KidSafe, visit http://go.kidsafe.me/phone using the Internet browser on your child’s mobile phone. You will be automatically directed to a web page that will tell you whether your child’s mobile phone is support.  If your child’s mobile device is not supported, we will automatically notify you when it is supported and you can still utilize all KidSafe functionality through Social Connect™ in the meantime.

How KidSafe Mobile™ Works:

Step 1: Create your KidSafe account
Step 2: Add a child profile to your account
Step 3: Add your child’s mobile phone number to their KidSafe profile
Step 4: We will display a personalized website address for you to type into your child’s mobile Internet browser.  When you access the web page with your child’s mobile phone, simply click the “download” button and follow step-by-step instructions of the mobile application installation process and your child’s mobile phone will be connected to your KidSafe account.
Step 5: Each time your child’s mobile is used, the phone automatically syncs with your KidSafe account in real-time.
